I find meaning in helping my clients find their self-worth and overcome their limitations which allows them to move in this world as their genuine selves with confidence!

I do this by tuning into my clients to identify and address the unique challenges they face. By exploring the themes and behavioral patterns that may be holding you back, we can work together to foster your growth.

I draw upon various approaches such as Client-Centered, Emotionally Focus, Narrative therapy, Psychodynamics and more to tailor this process just for you.

Your appointment will take place in a safe and fully private room, complimentary with tea, coffee, water, and individualized care.

I have two locations in Toronto, both very close to the subway station.

Can't make it to the office? No worries!

Online

I use a safe and secure meeting platform. All I ask is for you to find a quiet and secure place that you feel comfortable to talk without intrusion and privacy.
